Bellhaven Secret – 8yo 15.3hh Irish Sporthorse by “Cruising”
Sire: “Cruising” - Cruising is one of the highest Irish rated stallions in the world of breeding today - for SJ (Top 30) and Eventing (Top 3). This is based on both his own performances and for those of his offspring, which include many grand prix and world cup winners such as Flexible (2nd to Shutterfly at WC Finals) and Mic Mac du Tillard (Winner WC Goteborg 2011). Cruising over his career won numerous grand prix’s and World Cup qualifiers and was second in the WC finals in 1999.
Dam: “Join Hands” - not only one of the most important and favourite of the Bellhaven broodmares she was also a very successful jumping mare in her own right. Join Hands goes back to Copenhagen and Blue Peter.
Bellhaven Secret has only been very lightly campaigned and from limited outings, has accrued enough points to be nearly “B Grade” and is confidently jumping 1.30-1.35 metre courses. Secret is now in training with Jono Farrington and they expect to commence their competition career together in September 2011. With his talent and trainability, we expect a world cup start within the next couple of years.
