We are pleased to be able to offer the Australian breeder such a quality stallion. Cassiago combines two of the top showjumping progenitors of all time in one dynamic package. His sire Cassini I jumped internationally under Franke Sloothaak with numerous Grand Prix and Nations Cup wins. Cassini I is the sire of such current legends as Eurocommerce Berlin (European & World Champion) & Cavalor Cumano (World Champion). The dam sire Carthago Z also competed at international level having competed at both the Altanta & Sydney Olympics and is also considered to be one of the most pre-potent jumping sires of all time.

Cassiago's dam is a premium mare (by Carthago Z) and scored a perfect 10 for free jumping in her mare performance test. She has also produced a licensed son and competitive 1.60m horse in Europe.

Cassiago is the ultimate modern sport horse with correct conformation, a lovely temperament and fantastic rideability. His jump, as his pedigree suggests, is simply exceptional. He is careful and powerful and demonstrates the perfect technique with seemingly unlimited scope. To top it off he has three elastic balanced paces with a superb canter.

Cassiago is now 4 years old and recently commenced his training under saddle. We look forward to seeing him out and about in the coming months. His first foals are now on the ground and they are just super!
