The following breedings are being offered by Auction through Nominate.com.au.   All bids will be strictly confidential and administered through Nominate.com.au.  All successful bids are final and all participants accept the terms and conditions as set out in the “Auction – Conditions of Sale” below- please read these carefully before submitting your bid/s.
AUCTION - CONDITIONS OF SALE

• The Bid Value is for the actual Service / Semen - All associated costs (agistment, handling fee, collection & transport of semen, veterinary costs, mare care etc) are the responsibility of the successful bidder in addition to the bid value. 

• All breedings are sold as is and purchase price will be the highest bid at close of bidding. 

• The methods of Service - Live Cover or Semen (chilled or frozen) and locality where stallion is standing can be obtained from the listed contact details against each stallion on the Auction advertising material together with the advertised Service Fee.
  
• Associated costs - Live Cover would include agistment for the mare at stud and any handling fee normally charged by the stud.
  
• Associated costs - Chilled Semen may include a collection fee and a transport of semen fee.
   
• Associated costs - Frozen Semen would include a transport of semen fee. 
   
• Minimum bid/reserve will be half (50%) the advertised Service.
  
• Each subsequent bid must be a minimum of $50.00.
  
• The Stallion Owner will be informed of the successful bidder's details on completion of the Auction.
  
• The successful bidder is responsible to discuss with the stallion owner the terms regarding Live Foal Guarantee (conditions may apply) and / or Free Return and / or number of insemination doses per contract (some state a maximum of 3 doses)
  
• Terms & conditions, as per the Stud's normal breeding contract, would also apply.
  
• Each bidder is required to fill in a certain amount of details before registering a bid.
  

• All monies will be due and payable at the time of the successful bid.
  
• Note that “Lazy E” stallions (USA) will have limited straws and no live foal Guarantee
  
• The stud location and stud fees are believed to be accurate - the VRQHA will not assume any responsibility for errors.
  
• The purchasing party will hold the VRQHA or any other entity associated directly to those corporations harmless

Please Note: Bidders are not limited to one bid per stallion and can place multiple bids if required.

How the auction works: Whilst there is a nominal closing time of 9.00pm (Brisbane Time), on the 30th of September, there will be a delay added to the system whereby if no new bids are received after the close time, the item will close for bidding. However, if additional bids come in on an individual item during this 3 minute period, bidding will be extended on this item for an additional 3 minutes, until such time as 3 minutes pass without any further bids.
