STABLING & CAMPING AT MOSS VALE SHOWGROUND

Moss Vale Showground is 15 mins. driving South to Araluen, home of Berrima Horse Trials. Walking distance to ‘The PorterHouse Bistro’ at the Moss Vale Hotel opposite the Town Clock, and other local eateries. Drive 5 mins. North to ‘The Briar’s Country Inn’.

15 fully enclosed stables plus 30 covered stalls with secure double chain closure.

The Showground offers good well grassed camping sites with access to power and water. Newly revamped private showers, separate for males & females, with ample hot water. Good exercise areas and horse washing facilities.

· Camping Charges: $35 per CAMPING vehicle, per WEEKEND

· Showground Stables: $40 per WEEKEND

· Showground Covered Yards: $30 per WEEKEND

· Own yards may be erected if conforming to EA standards: $10 per WEEKEND/PER HORSE

· SOUTHERN Cross Yards: As many as are booked through Nominate

All manure must be removed from Stables & Stalls & placed in the pit provided below the covered yards block. $30 Deposit is payable at time of booking, refundable if cleaned satisfactorily. Some bedding may be in place, BYO extra bedding.

Stables & Yards are numbered, allotted names for these will be posted on the whiteboard in the enclosed Stable Block. These must be occupied only by the person to whom they have been booked.

· Registration Number of Vehicle must be provided at time of booking.

· Receipt will be provided by Nominate to Email Address provided, and must be displayed on the windscreen of vehicle camping.

ACCESS TO SHOWGROUND:Double gate Entrance off the Bowral Road, 200m North of roundabout, towards Bowral. Gates will appear to be locked, for security for horses on the grounds. Please secure them with clip after entry.
