 This event is strictly limited to only 160 horses! Entries will close early once this number is reached. Nominations usually close before close date!!

IMPORTANT - PARKING
Due to space contraints, there will be parking officials at the entry gate from Friday afternoon. All competitors MUST follow their directions in the interest of fitting everyone in.
No trucks or goosnecks are to be parked sideways parallel to the arena.
Dogs on leash allowed in car park only. NO DOGS ON CROSS COUNTRY COURSE
All vehicles not towing horses must park in the street.
Electric fences are not allowed on the grounds as per Competition Rules.
Camping - $20 per site per night. Power is available - not dedicated to each site. hot/cold showers / toilets
Yards - $20 per event. NO ELECTRIC TAPE ALLOWED.
We will accept a maximum of 2 horses per rider per class....a request may be made for further horses, and this will be at the discretion of the event organiser, and will depend on class sizes.

Dressage tests for 1* & 2* are the 2009 tests, all other tests are the 2009 tests as per EQ web site.

Riders who provide a volunteer Cross Country Steward will receive a $25 discount.

Refunds : Entry fee refunded up to close of entry less 10% and after close of entries upon receipt of a Vet Certificate less 20% (up to one week prior).
All competitors on entry undertake to comply with the (EA) rules for eventing.
Riding is a dangerous sport and riders enter at their own risk. Neither the Organising Committee of the Fig Tree Pocket Equestrian Club Inc, Equestrian Australia nor Eventing Queensland accept any responsibility for injury to any person, horse or property howsoever caused.
The organising committee reserves the right to reject nominations for whatsoever reason and to amalgamate or cancel classes.
There will be a Canteen from 7.30am to 2pm (approx) Saturday and Sunday.
