SCRATCHINGS & ENQUIRIES:

Facility Fee: Any rider who is not a member of Albury Wodonga Equestrian Centre must pay a facility fee of $8 per rider. This is a charge levied by the Centre.
Emergency Services Levy - given the increased cost of having medical and vetinary services on site, we have decided to request a per rider contribution of $7.
STABLING: You can select your stable/yard using nominate.
We will allocate powered sites nearer the event to try and ensure trucks are as near as possible to where horses are stabled and the trucks will fit the site.
Stables: $50 duration of event
Covered yards: $50 duration of event
Open yards: $15 duration of event
Compulsory $20 yard stable/yard deposit refundable if stable/yard left clean.

CAMPING:
Powered sites - limited: $20 / night. Toilets and showers on site. Powered sites will be allocated nearer the event.
Unpowered sites - $10 / night.
LATE ENTRIES:
Entries received after the 25th March 2010 will attract a $50 late fee.
DIVISION OF CLASSES:
Classes MAY be divided - at the discretion of the Committee.
Please state on entry form if junior and provide date of birth.
OTHER:
The committee reserve the right to reject ANY entry with or without giving a reason.
A maximum of 350 entries will be taken.
Entry fees include GST
DOGS:
Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
Conditions of entry apply to all classes -details available in The Eventer. No refunds after close of entries.
