Entry fees:
Entry fees already include a $10 grounds use charge, the ENSW Horse and Electronic Levy (levy shows separately on invoice).
Entry Limitation:
Ridrs limited to a maximum of 2 horses in any class and 4 horses in the event.
Junior Classes:
We will try to have separate junior classes, but only if number permit, so please indicate on entry if you are a junior.
Farrier:
There is not going to be a farrier on site, rather one "on call".
Refunds:
Under no circumstances will refunds be given for scratchings notified after close of entries.
Changes to Entries:
Changes made to your entry after close of entry will incur a $10 administration fee.
Yards:
A limited number of permanent steel yards are available for hire at a price of $25 for the weekend. Bookings are to be made online with your entry. Competitors may erect their own yards, so long as they are of approved, solid construction. Over the Top yards will also be available ph Karl on 0410139846
Camping:
There is no power available for campers. Camping is free of charge. Showers within a short walking distance.
