NOMINATE ONLINE ENTRIES

All competitors must provide the following information when entering online www.nominate.com.au

A 5.5% transaction fee applies to all on line entries.  

Before you start your entry make sure you have the following information handy so you can complete the entry before the system times out. 
The system has a 60-minute timeout for security purposes, which means that you have a max of 1 hour to complete your entry.  If you take longer than this the system will shut down and you will need to start the process all over again, losing all your entry details so far.

Please make sure you enter an arrival and departure date when booking stables/camp/cabins.  

If you don’t  enter the arrival and departure dates,  the system will default and you will be charged for the entire period (Mon-Sun).

* All prize money will be paid by Electronic Bank Transfer

Other charges and fees that apply for this event.

Administration fee: - $55.00 (non refundable)

First Day Stabling: - $116.00 ($48.00 plus 4 Shavings - $68.00 – Total: $116)

Other Days Stabling: $48.00 per day 1 overnight stay = 2 x days stabling

Day Parking:  $28.00 per day (compulsory for horses that are not Stabled)

Private Tack Room Hire:  $70.00 per day

Stable cleaning fee:  $120.00 (compulsory and refunded if stables are left empty and clean)

Shavings: $17.00 per bale (Stables come with 4 shavings)

Shavings Booked After 21st August and During the Event:  $20.00 per bale

Camping: $50.00 per night (per power outlet)

Cabins:  $75.00 per night

* Changes to entry for any of the above items after the close of entries incur a $40 Fee
