Dressage commencing at 730am - Showjumping commencing at 8am
Maximum number of Dressage tests in one day is 2 per horse.
Maxiumum Show Jumping rounds in one day is 2 per horse.
Due to the hot weather experienced in Februrary event entries are limited. Each horse / rider combination can enter a maximum of 4 classes on the day, including a max of 2 ShowJumping rounds and a max of 2 Dressage tests.

Showjumping Ring 2 - 45cm - 60cm - 80cm- 90cm - 1.0m
Dressage Tests - PCWA Leading Rein test 2020 - Prep 1 - Prelim 1.1 - Novice 2.1 - Elementary 3.1

ENTRIES WILL CLOSE ON 1/03/2026 OR WHEN CLASSES ARE FULL.
Helper duties - one helper duty per horse. Helper duties will be via Sign Up once the draw has been released. If you do not select a helper duty one will be chosen for you.
Conditions of Entry:
1 horse/pony per rider across all disciplines.
Plaiting is optional for the whole event.
All riders must be a current financial member of Pony Club. Day memberships are available through Just Go.
Ribbons will be awarded through to 6th place.
OTT Ribbons will be awarded 1st-3rd with Best Performed and R/Up in Dressage and SJ
All riders must be Gear Checked before riding in each discipline including entering the warm up arena.
It is the rider/guardians duty to understand the National PCA Gear Check rules and the rules of each discipline.
Full Pony Club uniform is to be worn for riders 24yrs and under.
PCWA Open riders must wear long sleeves/ jacket and must be gear checked.
No approaching the judge. Please refer to office for all enquires or questions.
All dressage tests may be called.
Pre Entry only via Nominate, no entries on the day. All class changes must be arranged through the event organiser.
If you wish to ride the same SJ height or Dressage twice on the same horse the second round/test will be non competive.
Scratchings/Refunds must be notified to the event organiser prior to the close of entries( minus a $10 accounting fee).
Scratching/Refunds after the close of entries will only be issued with a Vet or Dr's certificate revieved within 1 week of the event (minus a $10 accouting fee)
Entry to the event will include your PCWA levy for leaderboard.
Ground fee of $10 per horse
Medic Fee of $15 per horse
A medic will be situated on the grounds at a location deemed appropriate by them and be able to move freely around the grounds in the event they are required.
No dogs or Stallions permitted at Pony Club Events.
Reservation of Rights
The organiser reserves the right: • To cancel any class or event • To divide any class • To transfer competitors between sections of or a class • To alter the advertised times • To refuse any entry, with or without stating the reason • Stallions & rigs are not permitted at a Pony Club WA event.
