START TIME:
Grounds open 7.00am. Jumping Starts at 8.30am sharp

ENTRY FEE:
CGDRC Members - $10 per class
Non-Members - $12 per class
Non-CG/Non-EA Members - PLUS $25 Restricted Day Membership (form MUST be completed)

LEVIES:
Compulsory First Aid Levy - $10 per rider
Grounds levy - $10 per rider (CG members exempt)

GENERAL: All CGDRC members volunteering time will be paid $5/hour in vouchers for work over the expected 1 hour of competitor help. All help is greatly appreciated and will also help ensure the day runs smoothly. If you are allocated a job you will be expected to do it, if you cannot for a good reason please let us know.

CGDRC reserves the right to alter the program, accept or refuse entries, and combine classes as required. Competition run under EA rules.

No refunds without a vet or medical certificate after closing date, less admin fees.

Canteen will be available.

Please note there will be NO nominations taken on the day and NO late nominations accepted.

No dogs allowed on the grounds.

DRESS: Approved boots, helmet and collared shirt must be worn. Helmets must meet current standards and will be checked when handing in Horse Health Declaration.

CLASS SIZE: Maximum number of classes per horse is 3 of consecutive heights
Maximum 3 horses per rider, per class

CLASSES: Classes will run under Ideal Time rules
1. Poles / X-rails clear round
2. 50 - 60 cm
3. 70 - 80 cm (Leaderboard Class)
4. 80 - 90 cm
5. 90 - 1.00m (Leadboard Class)
6. 1.05 - 1.15m (EA MEMBERS ONLY)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* Rules – Horse/rider combination permitted to ride in same class more than once but only first round is competitive.

If weather conditions impact the competition schedule a notice will be posted on the club Facebook page. The grounds will be checked at 6.30am on the morning of the event in the case of heavy rain the night before. If the event is cancelled due to the weather entries will be refunded less an administration fee.
