Tests from Prep to Advanced

Rules

• Maximum of four tests per rider and two tests per horse, with no more than two consecutive levels per horse allowed e.g. Novice/Elementary. 
• Riders must be a member of Wisemans Dressage Association
• Event held under EA Dressage Competition Rules.
• Callers are permitted.
• Bridle numbers should be supplied with the entry and worn at all times. To obtain a free bridle number for your horse contact EA. Two numbers are required, one on either side of the horse. They can be attached to either side of the bridle or saddle cloth when competing and they must be clearly readable. Bridle numbers must be worn during the event when the horse is either being ridden, lunged, led or is grazing.
• If a horse is graded, it may only compete at its graded level or above, or HC in a lower level. 
• Scratchings prior to event to [email protected]. On the day via SMS 0413 952 180
• Refunds will not be given for scratchings received after closing date unless a doctor or veterinary certificate is supplied. 50% of the total entry fee paid will be refunded.
• Dogs to be on leads at all times. No dogs in the arena or warm up area at any time.

Risk Warning and Disclaimer 

• Horse riding is a dangerous activity and can result in serious injury (including death) and loss. 
• All persons who ride, or tend to, a horse on these grounds do so entirely at their own risk. 
• Neither the Organising Committee of any competition to which these rules apply nor the EA accepts liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, grounds, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
• Competitors taking part shall agree that they will make no Claim against the EA/OEC or the Event Committee in respect of any matter arising from or related to a Standstill.

STONEWALL EQUESTRIAN  - HOUSE KEEPING RULES

• Competitors & visitors are welcome to walk/ ride around the showground side of the property – however please respect our privacy and don’t venture over the bridges.
• Scooters are allowed so long as the rider is wearing a riding or bike helmet.
• No lunging in the grass arenas. The roadside sand arena is available for this purpose.
• No hosing of horses on the gravel next to the stables.
• No hosing of horses between the stables.
• Manure to be dumped in the manure pits only – not beside trees or the stables.
• No horses to be tied to the arena fencing.
• All dogs on leads at all times.
• No animals in toilets – there are dog tie ups and water bowls on the verandah of the amenities blocks.
• No dogs in the competition or work arenas at any time.
