CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• To be eligible for this competition it is compulsory to be a Full or Associate Member of Equestrian NSW or a current financial member of HRC.  HRC members are eligible for a discount of $10 per class.
• No phone or emailed entries
• Horses that have previously won a Prep test may enter but are required to enter HC.  Please note Prep tests will be conducted in a 60m x 20m arena.
• The official gear check is to be done immediately after the rider has completed their test. Updated rules.
• Callers are permitted.
• Horses may compete at no more than two consecutive levels.
• A maximum of two horses per rider and two tests per horse.
• A horse and rider combination can only enter each test once, where there are 2 or more groups of the same test only one may be entered.
• Stallions may be ridden by persons over 18 years of age.  Please ensure the horse displays the green discs as per the EA guidelines.
• Helmets must be EA approved, tagged and worn at all times when mounted.
• All prizes are to be collected on the day.
• Current Dressage rules can be accessed via equestrian.org.au  It is your responsibility to know the rules.
• A timed draw will be emailed prior to the event.
• Refunds will not be considered after closing date unless a written Veterinarian Certificate (horse) or Medical Certificate (rider) is submitted.  A 50% refund will be offered on the entry less an admin fee. No other refunds after closing.
• Please note that dogs will not be allowed on the grounds for any reason.  You will be asked to leave the grounds if you bring your dog.
