Riders note:
Please note that when you book a stable/camp/cabin and don't enter the arrival and departure dates the system will default and you will be charged for the whole week.
Camping facilities: These are available on the grounds at a cost of $45 per night. All sites are powered. There are good shower and toilet facilities with hot and cold water for males and females. Preferred sites (e.g. nearest the stables) will be allocated firstly to competitors staying for longer periods. Larger rigs will be position in the north camping area.
Cabin Accommodation on grounds: Small cabins are available for hire at a cost of $60 per night per room. Rooms contain 2 bunk beds with mattress, small hanging cupboard, 2 chairs, wall heater, power point and lights - linen is not provided. Rooms must be left clean and tidy and no cooking in rooms. It may be necessary to limit the number of cabins to one per rider and preference will be given to riders travelling long distances.
Cabins and camping fees apply per night.
Accommodation: There are plenty of options for accommodation, refer the schedule for information.

STABLING
Refer to the schedule for information on stabling. Stables are charged by day or part thereof and not by night. e.g. if you arrive on Wednesday and depart on Sunday you will need to pay for 5 days stabling. If you book camping or cabins for the same period you should book and pay for 4 nights.
Shavings: Note, rubber mats are installed in the stables and the number of shavings is likely to be less than usual.
There is a compulsory $90 stable bond which will be refunded if stables are left clean. All stables must be inspected prior to departure by the stable manager for a “clean pass”.

• Arrival of Horses: S.I.E.C. will be open for arrival of horses from 12.00 noon Wednesday, 26 Oct during day-time hours and not before midday on Tuesday. On other days, please plan your arrival between 8am and 6pm. Exception for day parkers who have an early draw. Dogs – S.I.E.C. is located within a Regional Park under the control of the National Parks and Wildlife Service, and dogs must be on a leash at all times. Competitors/owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs are not in the field of play or practice/warm-up arenas or stables. (Para-Equestrian guide dogs exempt). No dangerous dogs please. Dogs should not be left tied to vehicles, trees or other areas unless supervised.
