SWEQ Club Day with Mechanical Cow and Member's AGM Sunday 28th June 2026

OUR ADDRESS :335 Sackville Rd Wilberforce (coming from Windsor nearest cross street on left is IronBark Drive. Put your left indicator on and look for the Woodlands Park Pony Club sign). 

Our venue is huge with plenty of float parking, a purpose built sand dressage arena and a large fenced in warm up area.  There are 2 large grass areas - one set up with the obstacles and the other is availabe if you need space to develop your flat work. 

FORMAT: 

Gates open 8:30am

8:30am to 9am set up 

9am  Registration at Clubhouse 

9:15 to 9:30am  Annual General Meeting for SWEQ Members (held at Clubhouse)

9:30 to 10:30am  In hand  For those with young or inexperienced horses or who enjoy the challenge of working with their horse on the ground. 

10:30am to 1pm. Ridden 

Obstacles with instructions will be set up for you to practice on and gain confidnece.  Have a go with the Mechanical Cow.  The Mechanical Cow will be set up in the large sand arena.  A Committee Member will assit you in getting your horse used to the mechanical cow.  

Cost

SWEQ Members - all day    $25 

NON SWEQ Members - In hand Only $35 and all day (In hand and ridden) $50
