NOTES ABOUT THE NON-GH&PC HELPER DUTY CASH BACK

Events such as this require a lot of 'hands on deck'. To ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible, the organisers are offering a $20 cash back for non Gidgegannup Horse & Pony Club members. Details are:

1. This cash back is available to anyone who is not a current member of Gidgegannup Horse & Pony Club.
2. The helper duty cannot be completed by the rider.
3. The maximum helper duty is 3 hours.
4. The helper must be available at any time during the day.
5. Helper duty tasks include dressage pencilling, arena marshalling, pole pick-up, XC observer or gear checking (gear checkers must be aware of current Pony Club Western Australia gear checking rules).
6. The $20 cash back can be collected from the office at the completion of the duty.
