Entry Fees: – VDC Club Members - $44.00 per class
Non VDC Members - $64.00 per class
Additional Fees: WPNEC Facility Fee - $16.00 per horse per day
In addition,,we invite Dressage Clubs to submit a Club Team.
The Teams Consist of 6 riders, 2 each riding Tests 2C, 3C and 4C.
Cost per Team is $300 which includes the entry fee and the facility fee for each horse.
Clubs may enter more than one Team but Teams need to be identified.
A horse and Rider Combination may only compete once in the Teams Competition.
All Teams Classes will be conducted before lunch with Presentations being made at lunchtime.
A horse competing at FEI level on the day of Competition is not eligible for the Teams Competition.
A horse may not compete in the Open classes more than one grade above the grade it is entered in the Teams Competition.
Rosettes awarded to 6th place.
Grading points apply.
Unmounted Presentation
Prize Details: Horse Classes – Rosettes to 6th place for each test
Pony Classes – Rosettes to 2nd place for each test
Ponies will be in separate sections if there are 4 or more entered in a class.
Entries: Entries accepted via Nominate.
AOR Riders – Your AOR Status must be stated on your entry. AOR Rosettes for 1st in each level.
Competitors must wear safety helmets at all times when riding
- Refunds (scratching) as per EV Policy
- Refunds (cancelled event) – If a Club Competition is cancelled for any reason, the following will apply
- Entry Fees 25% retained by the Club
75% returned to the Competitor
Ancillary Fees 100% returned to the Competitor
