Our Club will be holding our Annual Club Campout Weekend. This is for ALL MEMBERS new and interested horse lovers to enjoy a relaxed social 2 days.
Starting on Saturday at 10am and concluding Sunday Mid afternoon. Will include but not limited to Social Gathering - Morning Tea - Ranch, Cowboy Dressage, Horsemanship, Trail & Patterns, Fun Games and Fitness. SPECIAL GUESTS are being listed so information to come.

Entries will be via nominate , This isan all inclusive weekend per rider , MUST be a financial member.

Fun day protocol
All riders under 18 to wear approved EA helmets.
Under 18 beginner riders to be assisted by an over 18 parent carer or nominated person.
Membership of HPAQHC required to participate
All riders can support and encourage riders, nil instruction to be carried out by any person who is not an instructor or without prior approval.
Entry into the riding area, only after the planned activity is completed.
No riding in the arena while ground work warm up is occurring.
