COVID-19 Declaration

I confirm when I attend this event that I will abide by the following conditions:

Persons are not permitted to enter the venue if they:

• are experiencing any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever);
• have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 (during the period of time in which the virus is contagious);
• are awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19;
• reside with anyone who is awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19;
• have returned from international travel and failed to observe the government requirement for quarantine;

Please confirm you are aware COVID Regulations applicable at the time of the event will apply. These may include but are not limited to rules on wearing of facemasks, vaccination status, social distancing, or checking in using the Governments QR code. Information will be available when Times are sent. Please do not enter unless you are prepared to abide by the regulations.

By entering an event you acknowledge the right of the organisers to refuse entry or request your departure from the venue at any time and for any reason. Enquiries should be directed to the contact person on the event program.

Fee Refunds

All refunds will incur a $10.00 administration fee.  To be eligble for an entry fee after the closing, a Veterinary or Doctors Certifcate must be provided within 7 days of notifying the Event Secretary of your withdrawal.
