• ALL EA ENTRIES MUST ENTER THE B & C CLASSES AT THE SAME LEVEL as this is a championship event with limited spaces.
• EA levels and Small Tour will have Open, AOR, Youth (U21) categories for Champion & Reserve Champion. Medium & Big Tour will have an Open category for Champion & Reserve Champion. BEAUTIFUL EMBROIDERED RUGS FOR CHAMPIONS, PRIZES FOR RESERVE CHAMPIONS, ALONG WITH SPECIAL CATEGORY PRIZES.
• All classes and warm ups will be on Stonewall Equestrian's fabulous sand fibre arenas
• The event will be run under EA Dressage Rules
• Maximum two horses/rider and two tests/horse
• No refunds after event closes unless a medical/vet certificate is provided within 24 hours of the event, in which case refund is 50%. If slot is filled from waitlist, full refund will be issued
• Waitlists available with full refund if unsuccessful
• Stables, paddocks and unserviced overnight camping (for self sufficient trucks -no power or showers) available by direct booking with Stonewall Equestrian
• Dogs are permitted but must be leashed and supervised at all times
• Please be mindful of the wellbeing of others and do not attend if you have Covid symptoms or are a close contact. Please adhere to usual Covid precautions of social distancing, hand washing and mask wearing in enclosed spaces.
