RULES & REGULATIONS
- This show is not registered with EA
- Judging will commence in rings at 9:00am.
- Riders must be a MAA member or full current member of PCT
- Novice horse/ rider classes are for combinations who have not won at a show before
- Only one horse per rider per class able to enter (no multiple horses per rider in a class)
- Current standard safety helmets & boots must be worn
- Ages as per the day of the show
- The MAA reserves the right to alter the program or prizes if necessary
- Off The Track: All entries must be able to provide proof of racing
- Judges decision is final
- Protests will be dealt with by the Midlands Agricultural Association executive committee
- The MAA will not be responsible for any accident that might be caused through or by an exhibit, including the incorrect tethering of horses and this shall be a condition of entry onto the group
- Due to the lack of ground space, exhibitors are advised that there is limited space for warm-ups
- All vehicle to be parked in the allocated parking areas
- Vehicle entry is via the Queen street (main) gates. You must be on site prior to 9:00am am for safety purposes. No vehicles may enter or exit whilst the show is in process- this is an insurance requirement.
Upon entry via this gate, turn left and park along the edge of the main arena adjacent to Queen & Glenelg streets. Parking for floats is tight so please park as close to other vehicles as is safe to do so. Parking is to be no further south than the first stable block.
- The removal of all horse manure and feed is expected of all competitors
- The MAA reserves the right to refuse entry without assigning a reason

Ponyclub Tasmania members: $30 per horse/rider combination
Please include the name of your ponyclub and ponyclub membership number with your entries
*MAA membership discount will be applied at checkout*
Non PCT riders:
M.A.A Membership: $55.00
Event entry: $30 per horse/ rider combination
Gate entry (all exhibitors who are not MAA members will be required to purchase gate tickets)
