General Information

• Stabling - Stables available at the Showgrounds, booked & paid through Nominate - $20 per night. Please pay with entries on Nominate. Please ensure you clean your stables as these are the property of the Show Society. 
• Camping available, please pay on Nominate $15 unpowered site, $20 powered site per night. 

Conditions of Entry

• The event will be held at the Gunnedah Showground. 
• All riders must be a member of Namoi Horse Association 
• Please note that it is the competitors responsibility to ensure that their registration and membership is up to date prior to entering the competition.
• The organising committee reserves the right to alter or cancel any competition at its discretion. 
• Late entries for showjumping only will be accepted on the day, however these will be accompanied by a late entry fee of $10 per horse / rider combination.

• The showjumping will be conducted in accordance with EA National Jumping Rules 01/01/24 https://www.equestrian.org.au/sites/default/files/EA_National_Jumping_Rules_CLEAN_01_01_2024.pdf
•  The onus is on the competitor to know and follow the most current rules. 
• Scratching will be accepted up to the closing date. Refunds as per EA rules. 
• Dressage - horses may compete in up to two consecutive levels but no more than two dressage tests per horse per day. 
• Callers are permitted for all tests, according to EA Rules. 
• Showjumping - horses may compete in two consecutive levels only 
• Stallions must wear a “Green Disc” displayed on either the saddle cloth or bridle. 
• Horses or riders not entered in the event may not be ridden/or ride in the designated competition area during the event. 
• Green horses may be ridden around the competition area if the rider is a member of Namoi Horse Association.
• If competing on more than two horses, we will try to accommodate you as best possible however dependent on entries please expect that you may not have more than 20 minutes between dressage tests.
• Each horse and rider combination can do two dressage tests and three showjuming rounds over two consecutive heights on Saturday. 
• Dependent on predicted weather and entries start time may be brought forward to 7:30am.
• Dogs must always be on a lead.

• Please note this is a training day, you will receive a marked dressage test with comments but it won't be scored.
