HOBART AND DISTRICTS PONY CLUB PRESENTS

TASMANIAN TETRATHLON CLINIC 2019

SWIM, RIDE, SHOOT AND RUN WITH VISITING COACH KATE THOMPSON

The TETRATHLON is a four-phase multi-sport event designed for pony club riders consisting of SWIM, RIDE, SHOOT and RUN legs. It is a pathway sport to the Modern Pentathlon at the Summer Olympics.

The aim of the clinic is to give pony club members a taste of what is required to compete in a Tetrathlon. This is especially important ahead of the PCA nationals tetrathlon selection and future PCT Zone and State tetrathlon competitions.

For sub-junior, junior and senior age groups.

For all pony club-registered riders aged 10 and above who have successfully jumped 65cm in show jumping - and have obtained or are pursuing C test efficiency certificate.
