Cross Country Booking Page for “Non-Members of JPEH ONLY”

RIDERS - Please read the following carefully before booking:

Conditions for booking:

• Riders must wear an approved helmet, EA approved body protector, appropriate boots and a medical armband to ride on the course.
• Riders must have current financial membership with Equestrian Australia (EA) OR Pony Club Australia (PCA).
• Riders must be able to show proof of above membership while riding on the course if asked to do so by your coach or a delegate/official of JPEH at any time.
• All riders on the grounds must be accompanied by a qualified, insured instructor.
• Riders who are members of PCA/PCQ must be accompanied on the course by a minimum Pony Club NCAS Level 1 Instructor and approved by JPEH Management Committee.
• All other riders must be accompanied by a suitably qualified and insured professional instructor or EA coach who has been pre-approved by JPEH Management Committee.

Coaches

• All coaches are to be pre-approved by JPEH Management Committee. This must be done well before lessons are arranged so the approval process can be processed and before lessons are booked.
• Coaches must hold current Public Liability Insurance and provide a certificate to JPEH.

General Information

• Any rider disregarding the above conditions may have these privileges withdrawn.
• The course will be closed from time to time due to events, maintenance, or weather conditions and at the discretion of the JPEH Committee.
