* Teams of 2 (any ages) 

* Each competitor completes 2 phases each - your phases must be chosen upon entry!

* If also riding in an individual class, that result will be used for your teams score

* A competitor can compete in more then one team

* Come up with an awesome team name!

ENTRIES: Each team member must nominate seperately. Please select your chosen phases, your team mates name and your team name upon nominating. 

Some tips for the riding phase.

Slip Rail

1. The time for the slip rail is easy enough to get completed because the time starts from when the rider's feet hit the ground until they let go of the slip rail.  BUT  if the kids don't hurry before they jump off and when they are getting back on it will cause them to get time penalties over the whole course.

2.  Don't take the reins off.  This wastes time.  Just lead your pony from under the chin at the bit.

3.  Practise kicking out your stirrups as you are almost at the gate and jumping off as you go.  Mounted games style!!..Practise landing with your feet facing forwards so you don't trip over.

4.  If you do have trouble at the gate or getting back on at the slip rail, the speed of the rest of the jumping round needs to be a little bit quicker to make up for lost time.

5. There will be a mounting block to assist in remounting your horse.
