Important Information

By entering this event, I agree to the following:

Horse Riding is a Dangerous Activity

• I understand and acknowledge that horse riding is a dangerous activity and that horses can act in sudden and unpredictable ways, especially if frightened or hurt.

• I understand and acknowledge that serious injury or death may result from horse riding activities.

• I agree that I ride at my own risk.

• I agree not to drink alcohol or take drugs prohibited by law whilst riding or handling horses.

Conduct:
I agree to follow the rules and regulations set out by HARA Equine. Any misconduct or refusal to follow direction will result in the cancellation of my booking and immediate removal from the grounds. I agree to wear a current EA compliant helmet and the required safety gear whilst riding.

Effect of this Document:
I understand that my entry to this event constitutes a complete and unconditional release of all liability of HARA Equine and its directors, to the greatest extent allowed by law, in the event of me and/or the children under my care suffering injury or death.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• If the event is cancelled, riders will receive a refund less a $10 admin fee & any processing fees.

• Cancellations made within 5 days of the event forfeit all entry fees.

• In the case of bad weather, the event will be postponed. Riders unable to attend the new date may request a refund less the $10 admin fee.

Late Entry Policy:

• Entries close Tuesday, 11th November 2025.

• Any entries made after this date will incur a $25 late fee.
