Showjumping Clinic – Cancellation Policy

🐴 General Cancellations

• Cancellations 10+ days before the clinic may receive a full refund, contact the clinic organisers.

📅 Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made 10–3 days before the clinic are only refundable if the place is filled.

• If filled, a full refund is issued.

• If not filled, the fee is forfeited due to coach commitments.

🚨 Last‑Minute Cancellations

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the clinic are not eligible for a refund.

• Riders may transfer their booking to another eligible participant with prior committee approval.

🐎 Horse or Rider Injury

• Refunds for injury may be considered with a veterinary or medical certificate.

• If the place is filled, a full refund is issued.

• If not filled, the a refund less a 10% administration fee will be charged.

🌧️ Event Cancellation by the Club

If the clinic is cancelled by Logan Equestrian & Quarter Horse Club Inc. due to weather, coach illness, or safety concerns:

• Riders may choose a full refund or a credit toward the rescheduled date.

• If the event is cancelled by LEQHC, all riders will be refunded in full.

📝 Waitlist Conditions

• Waitlisted riders must pay in full to secure their position.

• If they do not receive a place, they receive a full refund.

🔒 Non‑Refundable Fees

• Entry fees, booking fees, and administration fees are non‑refundable unless the event itself is cancelled.
