RIDER ENTRY FORM

TRIALS PROGRAM

Saturday 7th March:  Dressage at Tasmanian Equestrian Centre (TEC) Equestrian Drive, Lauderdale.

Official Dinner at Hobart Hockey Centre, 19 Bell St, New Town

Sunday 8th March:  Cross Country at Monmouth Pony Club, Five Mile Beach

No formal catering Sunday night -Plenty of takeaway and dining options in Lauderdale

Monday 9th March:  Trot Up, Show Jumping and unmounted Presentation at TEC.

ENTRY FORMS

Ensure you have all information on hand before starting Nominate entry form.

Qualifying events are the horse and riders best two qualifying events since the closing date of the last Championships.  Riders require three qualifying rallies and the rider/horse combination requires one qualifying rally since the closing date of the last Championships.  

Details and information you will need to have ready when commencing your Nominate entry includes:

• Qualifying rally dates
• Qualifying ODE results
• Rider commentary
• Credit card details
• 2 x horse/rider combination photos, in Pony Club uniform and full resolution

If your entry is not accepted, a refund will be made.

RIDER ENTRY FEE

$180 per rider which includes one ticket to Saturday night’s welcome dinner at the Hobart Hockey Centre, Newtown and is inclusive of vet, ambulance and TEC levies.  $130 per rider for second horse.
