ONLY HORSES ENTERED IN THE EVENT ARE ALLOWED ON THE SHOWGROUND. DO NOT BRING HORSES TO TIE UP TO THE FLOAT OR A YOUNG ONE TO RIDE UNLESS THET ARE ENTERED THIS IS AN INSURANCE REQUIREMENT.
