"Conversations with Horses"
Presented by Scott Brodie & Heartland Horse Farm

What is “Conversations with Horses”?
Join us for a day on how to communicate with your horse in a simple format with tools for the everyday equestrian. Grab a chair, your horsey bestie & get ready to learn! The clinic will run in 6 sessions. Firstly, Scott will take us through a lecture, then we will train 5 horses, all at different levels, ages and breeds. The horses we will be using will be posted closer to the clinic. We will go through groundwork, in-hand and ridden techniques depending on the individual horse's needs. We are essentially opening up our doors as to how we start, train and problem-solve our horses and those who come into training with us. We are giving you insight into how we communicate with horses, and how you can learn to do the same too. This clinic is an introductory offer at an introductory price, do not miss this!!

Who is the clinic for?
This clinic is perfect for anyone keen to learn. There is something in this for everyone from beginners to professional riders. As we will be working with 5 different horses at different stages there is knowledge to learn from each of these sessions regardless of where you’re at.

Who is the trainer?
Scott Brodie has 40 years of coaching experience and 30 years of classical study under some of the best internationally educated classical coaches. Scott spent 14 years coached by Miguel Tavora, his mentor and great mate. Additionally, Scott has extensive practical horsemanship experience as a horse trainer, problem solver, internationally recognised thoroughbred retainer (re-trained over 1500 racehorses), Grand Prix dressage rider, 3* eventer, mounted police trainer and equestrian mentor.
