BUMP IN IS TUESDAY 3TH April FROM 12 NOON
BUMP OUT IS SUNDAY 15th April
CANCELLATION - all cancelations must be received in writing to AQHA office.
Any cancellation up to 16th March 2018 must be in writing to AQHA office and the refund will be minus 10% of all fees paid.
Any cancellation received after 16th March 2018 up to 3rd April 2018, must be in writing and will be minus 25% of all fees paid.
Cancellations received after 3rd April 2018 must be accompanied by medical/vet certificate and a refund may be considered.
You can book:
Stables - $27 per day ( first day will be plus $27 bedding) more bedding can be purchased through Furneys Tamworth located near the Tafe building on the grounds
Camping (powered site) - $27 per day
Paddock Camping (you can make your own yards) - $27 per day
Tack boxes - $17 per day ( tack boxes are allocated in the middle of each stable block, and they are highlighted in blue on the venue map)
Stable & Tack room bonds are $50 per stable or tack room and will be refunded back to your credit card after the event. if you stable is left completely cleaned.
STABLES: All stables are rented with 1 cubic metre of shavings
Tack box & Stable bonds – will be refunded if the stable and tack box are left totally clean (swept). The bond will be refunded to your credit card, by NOMINATE, within 14 days of the completion of the show.
CAMPING: Powered site on asphalt (one camp site booking means one (1) plug in) Unpowered Campdraft Paddock camping
NO BOOKINGS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER 5pm Friday 16th March 2018
The stabling and camping system we use at AELEC is powered by NOMINATE and therefore your credit card statement will show a charge from NOMINATE PTY LTD MILBONG.
