2016 NYCHA Online Stallion Auction
Benefiting the
National Youth Cutting Horse Association

The Stallion Service Program is the primary fundraiser for the NYCHA. These stallion owners have generously donated the breeding to their stallions to support NCHA's youth program.

100% of the money from the winning bids goes to the NYCHA. Funds raised from this program help support, youth awards, and various youth activities.

NYCHA Stallion Auction shall be governed by the following Terms and Conditions:

The stallion services purchased through the NYCHA Stallion Service Program are intended for the 2016
breeding season only.
The auction will be held from 10am 22^nd August – 11^th September 2016. Bids will close at 8pm eastern standard time. You will be notified via e-mail prior to the 14^th September if you are the winning bidder.
You must be a financial member of the NCHA in order to place a bid.
Mare owners may submit a bid on any number of stallion services.
All chute fees, mare care, shipping fees, incentive fees or any other applicable fees are the responsibility of the buyer. To find out any other fees that may apply, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check with the breeding facility where the stallion is presently standing.
Normal individual stallion breeding contract requirement shall apply to the purchased breeding.
Breeding’s purchased through the NYCHA Stallion Service Program are not transferrable and may not be re-sold by the purchaser.
The NCHA is acting as a selling agent of the stallion owner and can in no way be held responsible for stallion and/or mare owners inability to get mare bred.
Neither the NCHA, the NYCHA, nor its Board of Directors shall intervene between the purchaser of the stallion service fee and the stallion owner.
There will be no refunds for any reason whatsoever.

Bidding Options:

Buy It Now – You agree to pay the FULL NYCHA Advertised Donated Stud Fee.
The winning bidder for each breeding must submit a cheque made out to NCHA or credit card details no later than the 21^st September 2016.
Bids are binding. Bids may not be retracted once submitted.

Online Bidding

Minimum bids - 50% of NYCHA Advertised Donated Stud Fee. The minimum stud fee will be the opening fee listed in the auction.
Bids will increase in increments of $50.00.
