Whitsunday Equestrian Group (WEG) is your local horse sports club located in the beautiful Whitsundays. 

WEG is predominantly based on the grounds of the Cannonvalley Pony Club at Turners Rd., Riordanvale, (but can access other local horse facilities as required). 

The Whitsunday Equestrian Group runs regular training and coaching days - with guest coaches as available, and hosts competitions throughout the season. WEG is most active between February and November. The regular competitions on the WEG calendar include:

• T-shirt dressage days, approx. 2 per year
• 2 day Supreme Dressage competition
• 2 day Supreme Show-jumping competition
• Regular "Horses & Happy Hour" casual training days

WEG is an affiliated Equestrian Australia club and abides by EA rules and conditions.

WEG is a club run by its volunteer members and members are very welcome to become involved. On competition days all competing members are expected to assist with helping out in some way.
