RIDER ENTRY FORM

VENUE

Dressage and Show Jumping - Faulkner Park, Invermay
Cross Country - Fairlands, East Tamar Highway, Newnham

TRIALS PROGRAM

This year the format will be as follows:

Saturday 6th March:  Dressage at Faulkner Park.  Official Dinner at Silks Restaurant, Mowbray Racecourse.

Sunday 7th March:  Cross Country at Fairlands. "Pizza at the Park" at Faulkner Park (orders taken on the day).

Monday 8th March:  Trot Up, Show Jumping and Mounted Presentation at Faulkner Park.

ENTRY FORMS

All Riders must complete the rider entry form via Nominate. Rider entries will be emailed to the relevant Club District Commissioner (DC) who will verify that the rider has obtained the necessary qualifying standard as set down in PCT Handbook. 

It is important to include your qualifying events and rallies.  Qualifying events are the horse and riders best two qualifying events since the closing date of the last Championships.  Qualifying rallies are three for the rider and one for the horse since the closing date of the last Championships

If your entry is not accepted, a refund will be made.

RIDER ENTRY FEE

$155 per rider which includes one ticket to Saturday night’s welcome dinner at the Mowbray Racecourse and ambulance levy. $100 per rider for second horse.

Details and information you will need to have ready when commencing your Nominate entry includes:

• Qualifying rally dates
• Qualifying ODE results
• Sizing for merchandise
• Two rider photos per horse entered
• Rider commentary
• Credit card details
