Bedding Information
A compulsory bedding fee applies to all stable bookings and includes:
- 5 x bags of bedding per stable
Additional bags are available upon request. You may also bring your own bedding if more is required.

All bedding must be removed and horse boxes cleaned on departure to receive your bond refund.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be processed through Nominate. Please contact Nominate directly to cancel. No refunds will be issued after the first booking day or first event day, whichever comes first.
Horse boxes are inspected on the day of departure.
