All riders in CCI classes MUST ensure they are familiar with all FEI requirements.

A minimum of one rosette shall be awarded for every four competitors

Entry fee does not include the clean sport levy which will be applied to all horses in CCI classes.

Entry does not include the Victorian Eventing Levy which will be applied to all horses

A facility fee of $30/horse will apply

The Organising Committee reserves the right to alter or cancel classes.

CHECKING IN

Riders DO NOT need to report in to the Secretary's desk. Riders can withdraw by calling the Secretary on 0400 158 230

Riders are expected to print their own back numbers

There will be a $10 fee for any rider who does not print their back number

 

 

FEED:

Our recommended Supplier is Charlie's Stockfeed. Details on our website.

ICE:

Ice must be prebooked and will be $5/bag. Available from 6am Sunday morning

It may be collected from the shed next to the car park.

PROVISIONAL TIMETABLE:

Friday - Some Dressage 80cm and 95cm

Saturday – All remaining Dressage.

EA80, EA95, CCI4*, CCI3* Showjumping

Sunday – CCN1* and CCI2* Showjumping

Sunday – All Cross Country

GEAR CHECK:              

All Helmets must be tagged, riders will not be permitted to compete with untagged helmets.

There  will be someone available to tag helmets. Details will be provided in Rider email prior to event.

There will be random checks on back protectors to ensure compliance with current regulations.

HORSE SUBSTITUTION:    

Accepted after close of entries at OC’s discretion. A fee of $50 may apply.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

STARTING TIMES:

GENERAL CONDITIONS:    

CCI classes will be run under current FEI rules, National classes will run under Equestrian Australia Eventing Rules and Regulationss. Any Rider Falling on Course must present to Medics and horse must go to Vet area..

It is the rider's responsibility to check eligibility for classes entered. Horses needing to be downgraded due to lack of MERs will be added to the wait list for the new class if there is no immediate place available.

Dogs must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES AND ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE INDOOR SCHOOLS AT ANY TIME. Dogs found off leashes will be caught and impounded. A fee of $50 will be charged for their release

Please be mindful of water usage. We are on tank water. No Shampooing of horses at the event. Wash bays are for hosing/cooling horses only.

 
INSPECTION OF X-COUNTRY: 

Approximately 12.00 noon Saturday 9th March 2024

STABLING:

Limited stabling is available – stables $75 for the weekend, does not include camping fees

Riders must provide own bedding. Charlie's Stockfeed will deliver to your stable  Call 03 5942 5679 or see website for details. We suggest 4 bags per stable. Straw is NOT allowed

CAMPING:

Is allowed at the venue at a cost of $30 for the weekend, includes use of owner provided portable yards. Power is not available.

PASSES FOR STABLES, YARDS AND CAMPING ARE AVAILABLE VIA NOMINATE AND WILL BE CHECKED AT THE VENUE

   
ACCOMMODATION:     

The closest Motels are in Drouin, approx 15 minutes drive from the Centre.

CATERING:                   

Full catering will be available on both days including Saturday evening.

Minimal catering will be available on Friday

 

PRESENTATIONS:       

Unmounted with winning horse for all Classes and for winner of Noble Spirit Award. Also OTT winning horses to be at presentations. Prizes and sashes will not be posted.

OTT entries MUST include Racing Name. Failure to do so may invalidate OTT entry

COURSE CLOSURE:    

Not Open For Schooling

REFUNDS:

Prior to close of entries:Refund less $20 administration fee per horse withdrawn.

After close of entries only stable, camping and facilty fees will be refunded. If the place can be filled from the wait list, refund of entry less 20% administration fee. Eventing Levy will NOT be refunded. FEI swabbing Fee will not be refunded after close of entries

Riders on the wait list who do not get a place (except for riders needing to be downgraded due to insufficient MERs) will receive a full refund of all fees.
