FAMILIARISATION DAYS ✨🐴

Something new is coming to Ballodair Park!

Our new competition arenas are ready, and we’re allowing riders to come along, ride through the new competition area and give their horses a chance to familiarise themselves with the arenas and surrounding environment before competition day. 🤎

Whether your horse is experienced or needs a little extra time to take in a new environment, these sessions are a great opportunity to build confidence, explore the new arenas and take away some of the nerves that can come with competing somewhere new.

There will be ONE rider per 30-minute booking, allowing you and your horse to use the competition arenas without having to share your session with other riders.

30-minute individual sessions | 1 rider per slot

💰 $20 PER RIDER

Including GST

Your booking fee also includes the use of a day yard for your horse on the applicable day.

📣 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Bookings

• Places are limited, and bookings are essential.
• One rider per 30-minute session.
• You can book as many days as you wish, just please keep it to one ride per day.
• A small processing fee will be added at checkout.
• All prices include GST.
• Your gate code will be supplied once payment has been received.
• Once payment is received, you will receive a waiver that must be signed and returned to us via email. NO WAIVER, NO RIDING.

Cancellations & Refunds

• No refunds will be issued unless the centre cancels the event.
• If you are unable to attend, you are responsible for finding another rider to take your place.
• No-shows will not be refunded.

🐴 Horse & Property Rules

• Day yard access is included in your booking fee for the applicable day.
• Day yards must be left clean and tidy, with all manure cleaned up.
• Horses must be walked from the yards to the arenas.
• Horses may only be tacked up in a day yard.
• No dogs are permitted on the property, even on lead.
