EA MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT

Please note: to be eligible for the membership discount remember to provide your membership number and tick the EA Membership discount box. EA members receive a $5.00 discount on bookings. 

Bookings are capped at 10 bookings per 30 minute timeslot. The closing date for bookings is subject to change depending on interest/capacity limits.

*Please note, those who are not competing at the event may be subject to additional facility fees due to WPNEC event hire costs. This is an open measuring day, available to all disciplines. 
 

BOOKINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT UNDER THE BELOW CIRCUMSTANCES: 

• On receipt of a Vet Certificate no later than within 48 hours after the scheduled Measuring.
• In the event the Measuring Day is cancelled before the close of bookings.
• In the event the Measuring Day is cancelled and not rescheduled / postponed to a later date.
