CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES
Hack classes are open to all current financial members of PCAWA/Adult Riders/EWA/SHC Members. MEMBERSHIP NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED ON ENTRY and will be checked for current financial status before the event.
The organizers of the Serpentine Horse & Pony Club (SHPC) reserve the right to cancel, alter or combine any events they seem necessary on the day.
Rider’s age will be as at the day of the event, proof of age may be requested.
The SHPC reserves the right to interpret all rules & make a decision where any dispute arises.
Official Lead-rein classes. Please be sure you meet their requirements. Lead rein rider 3 and under 8, Handler 18 years and over, pony 12hh & under.
The SHPC and its committee, judges, officials, DO NOT accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, illness or injury to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. Entry to the grounds is at your own risk.
No judge is to be approached by a competitor or spectator without speaking to a committee member.
All Rubbish is to be taken home please or placed in bins PROVIDED. Please pick up all manure and hay before leaving and dump in manure areas or take home with you
Entering this event includes admission to the Food & Farm Fest for the rider and 1 handler! General admission to the show opens at 10am
Anyone wishing to enter the show prior to this time must be in the vehicle with the rider and purchase a ticket via the link below
There will be two timeslots for entering and leaving the show, in the morning and before lunch. Times TBC – Follow our face book event for more details

Serpentine H&PC is also running an amazing Show Jump event at the Food and Farm Fest. If you would also like to enter our Show jump event as well has the hack ring, you can only compete in 2 Show jump rounds and you must be a PCAWA or PCAWA open member. Entries for our Show jump event are via Global. A day fee of $50 will apply to compete in both sections so a $10.00 refund will be issued in cash on the day.
Scratching’s/Refunds: Competitors must notify the organisers of withdrawal prior to close of entries to obtain a refund minus $5 bookkeeping fee.
After this date, a refund will only be given if a Vet or Doctor's certificate is received by the organiser within 2 weeks of the event. A $10 bookkeeping fee will apply.
