Dynamik Stallions Mid-Week Dressage - Competition No 1
Wednesday June 18th at the SEC

Swan River Dressage Inc presents the first of three Mid-week dressage comptitions over the 2025 winter. We will be running tests for Participant and EWA Compeititor members from Prep to GP with two classes offered at each level. Depending on entries -  Participant to Competitive Novice will be run on the International Arena and Competitive Elementary and above in the Indoor Arena.  Each arena will start at between 8am & 9am and entries will be capped at 45 entries each arena.  Entries will be closed as soon as the arena is full. EVENT INFORMATION:

Rider Requiements: Riders must be current members of EWA as a "Competitior" for official classes or as a "Participant" member for participant classes.  competitor members are permitted to compete in participant classes as long as their horse does not hold a current competition licence (dressage).

Horse Requirements: Official Horses or ponies must be registered with EWA and must hold a current competition license. Official Horses/Ponies are not permitted to enter Participant classes.

Entries Close - Friday June 13th th or earlier if arena capacity is reached.

A reminder that no rosettes or prizes will be awarded at this event.

Stables must be booked direct via the State Equestrian Centre.

Refreshments: Please BYO your own refreshments but we will have complimentrary tea and coffee available in the Marshall's Office.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
This competition will be conducted in accordance with the current Australia Dressage Rules (and Regulations) (“the ADR”), Equestrian Australia General Regulations and all other Equestrian Australia policies and by-laws, the FEI Dressage Rules (“FEI Rules”) and
FEI Statutes, General Regulations and Veterinary Regulations. Competitors are advised to be aware of the current Rules. The onus is on the rider to know the Rules under which they compete.

ENTRY FEES AND CHARGES
Fee per Test $40.00
State Equestrian Centre Facility Fee (per horse) $15.00
DDF Levies $10 per test to a maximum of $16.00 
Helper Fee $10 per test entered.

VOLUNTEER LEVY AND HELPER DUTIES
The volunteer levy for the event is $10.00 per test and is non-refundable. This allows riders to focus on the competition and their equine partner(s).
However – the Event Organisers will need volunteer assistance to deliver a supportive environment to you, the riders. Volunteer positions are paid positions at $20 per hour so your levy will cover the cost of these volunteers. Plus, you can volunteer and receive a reimbursement of your levy in cash on the day! A volunteer register will be published via the website prior to the event.

SCRATCHINGS: Scratching prior to the close of entries will receive a full refund whcih is available through your Nominate portal. Scratchings after close of entries will receive 50% of their entries fees back upon the forwading of a Vet or Dr's certificate to the orgainisers email.
