If you reside within 80km of SIEC, there is no camping or stabling available to you.  During these restrictions we must keep our numbers down.

THERE IS TO BE NO ARRIVIALS BEFORE 3PM ON ANY DAY YOU ARE CAMPING

CAMPING & CABINS

Camp sites are $30 / night, regardless of whether you use power or not. Cabins are $55.00 per night . If you stay overnight in a cabin, please do not park in the camping area. Park instead either parallel to your cabin or in the parking bays on the road adjacent to the stable block (on the way to North Truck Park). Please note there is a extra $10.00 required as a key deposit which will be refunded on return of the key.

STABLING

Please do not book stables for horses other than your own, the sytem does not work if you do this and extra charges will apply. The SIEC Day Stay levy is charged if stables are not booked and is automatically charged if stabling is not chosen on an entry.

If you want to be stabled with someone make sure you co-ordinate with them as to what stable block you will choose to be stabled.

Please also note that there is a solid board between the stables, so if a rider brings 2 horses put them opposite one another so they can see each other in the same stable block, not beside one another.

If you require a stable for a tack room then choose a stable and allocate as a tack room. Different charges apply as shavings are not required.

Please note: Eventers should book in A block stables, Interschool competitors should book in B block please.

VOLUNTEERS

We have a new system for volunteers to register their interest.  It is called Sign Up and is accessed through a website where you need to register and create a login https://signup.com/go/rZSOEHj

Once the draw is posted you will then be able to decide for yourself when you will be available to volunteer.  On the website you can choose the best time available to suit you and what part of the event you would like to volunteer for ie. XC judging, penciller etc.

It is a very easy system and we hope will streamline the volunteer system.
