EA entries $100 1st horse & $75 for 2nd horse (includes ambulance & TEA levy per rider) – non-TEA members will pay an additional $100 fee
This Event will be held under current Equestrian Australia/FEI Horse Trial Rules, and the National Eventing Rules January 2021 and all subsequent corrections and modifications as published by the FEI and EA with their provisions taking precedence. PLEASE NOTE Back Protectors and Medical Armbands will be compulsory for the x-country phase for all riders. EA tagged helmets are compulsory
DRESS As per Equestrian Australia rule no. 538.
EA riders – a copy of your entry will be sent to your club’s president to check eligibility
Competition Notes:
All riders must supply a helper who is required to be available on the day for jobs. That steward must be over the age of 16. If you do not supply the name of a steward, you will not be able to ride unless you have made arrangements, at the time of entry, considered acceptable to the organising committee. This does NOT mean that your entry will necessarily be accepted so please plan to provide a steward.
- Parking space will be limited so please obey directions of marshallers
- Please note on the draw for the start time for each phase
- A draw will be sent out via email prior to the competition
- Please notify the organiser if you are withdrawing – refunds will only be granted upon submitting vet or doctors certificate
- Ribbons to 4th place in each class
- The Organisers reserve the right to: Cancel any class or event; divide any class; alter the advertised times; refuse entry with or without stating a reason
- Neither the Organising Committee, Members of the MVPC nor the PCT accepts any liability for any accidents, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever
