Have a Go Hacking, Dressage, Obstacle and Showjumping Gymkhana

Come along and learn the art of warm up and how to present to the judge for Dressage and Showjumping disiplines.

Theory and practice and then compete with small supportive groups and encouraging coaches.

Ribbons for all participants and prizes for best dressed, most enthusiastic horse and rider and more !

Learn the theory and rules behind warmup for dressage. Practice in warmup, present to your judge and then ride your test. Our coach for these sessions will be Kim Thomas.4 riders per group.

Learn how to warmup and walk a showjump course in theory and practice and then present to the judge and ride the course.Our coach for this will be Felicity Coucill. 4 riders per group.

Jumping heights will be from poles to 45 cm only.

Learn how to ride in a hacking ring, line up correctly and ride a workout. There will be 3 classes within each session - rider class,best educated horse and pleasure hack. Our coach for this will be Lee Simi. 4 riders per group/session.

Obstacle course also available for participants and their ponies to have a play.

There will be a limit of riders for this day.You will be put into groups with similar level riders.

Cost is $100 for the full day including Showjumping, Dressage and Obstacle session and a shared lunch.

Ground fee is $5 

Please note - we will be using Signup for helper jobs and everyone is expected to help out on the day.

Should the event be cancelled, Nominate will take a % of everyones entry fee.
