Camping is free. Please bring your own yards and pens. 

 Check-in for arrival will begin at 2 PM on Friday. 

 Shower facilities and portable restrooms (portaloos) will be available. 

 The trail course will be open from 5 PM to 8 PM on Friday night to help familiarize horses; however, it is not a ridden opportunity, only walk-through. 

 Prizes will be awarded, including ribbons to 6th place, trophys for youth and prize money for all other adults.
