Our Club will be holding a 'RANCH PROTOCOL EVENT - this is a Full weekend AKA 2 day's of Riding the up and coming RANCH RHAA Show program. This is when you "Get omfortable about being uncofortable " in and around a Competative Show Program. This is for ALL MEMBERS new and interested horse lovers to enjoy our Ranch formats.
Starting on Saturday at 12 noon - Midday and riding though till we can and Sunday at 8.30 am till mid afternoon.
We will focus on Event Program format, Ranch Patterns and classes, divisions, Protocol as to your Gear and attire for both you and the Horse. We will be runnig in a Show Format so you are aware off what is expected for February Show. Run though all Helper positions and teach on how to help our club coimmmittee. "Many Hands make light work and a show run smooth. "

Entries will be via nominate . Stable and Camping over night available. MUST be a financial member of our Club and or RHAA.

Fun day protocol
All riders under 18 to wear approved EA helmets.
Under 18 beginner riders to be assisted by an over 18 parent carer or nominated person.
Membership of HPAQHC required to participate
All riders can support and encourage riders, nil instruction to be carried out by any person who is not an instructor or without prior approval.
Entry into the riding area, only after the planned activity is completed.
No riding in the arena while ground work warm up is occurring.
