CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND INFORMATION:
Closing Date: 20/09/2024 - Late entries, if accepted will incur a $20 fee.
START TIME 08.00am. This event will be run over 2 days with dressage on Saturday and show jumping on Sunday.
FEES:
- $70 entry fee which includes all ground and first aid fees
- $30 fee per Dressage training test
- $20 fee per SJ training rounds
- Refundable $30 helper duty fee

CLASSES:
All classes will be available in both PCWA and Open:
- 45cm - EVENTING Test B 45cm & 60cm 2020
- 65cm - EVENTING Test B 45cm & 60cm 2020
- 80cm - EVENTING Test B 80cm 2020
- 95cm - EVENTING Test B 95cm
- 105cm - EVENTING Test B CCN1* 2020
- 110cm - CCN2* - CCI2* DRESSAGE TEST B
Please note: Riders are allowed 2 competitive rounds. The 2 rounds must be completed at a consecutive height. Additional training dressage tests and SJ rounds can be purchased and completed however will not be qualifying. Classes may be split pending on number of entries.
NB: horses are only permitted to do 2 dressage tests and 2 show jumping rounds per day.
AWARDS: Rosettes to 6th place. Prizes to 3rd place. Minor place prizes subject to sponsorship. Awards for highest placed OTT in each class. NB. OTT must have OTTWA passport.
MEMBERSHIP All competitors must have Pony Club WA membership or EWA membership. Open PCWA riders must compete in Open classes.
CANTEEN: A canteen with EFTPOS will be available on both days.
HELPER DUTIES:
All riders will be required to nominate a helper. Each competitor must provide a helper (16 years and over) capable of performing any rostered duty. Job preferences as selected at the time of entry will be considered but not guaranteed. The Organising Committee will accommodate where possible, the chosen helper duty but will retain the right to adjust the helper duties to suit operational requirements. One helper cannot be the designated helper for more than two competitors. NB. A standard helper duty is 2 hours.
GEAR CHECK:
Pony Club members will have Gear check in line with Pony Club WA and National Gear checking rules 2024.
All Riders will be required to show 2 bridle/saddle cloth numbers that are supplied by the rider. Riders will be allocated a number in the draw and that can be the number displayed. Riders must wear Formal Pony Club uniform (Pony Club WA classes) or as per EA National rules. Jacket must not be removed without permission of the Judge.
SCRATCHING/REFUNDS: Competitors must notify the organisers of withdrawal prior to close of entries to obtain a refund minus $10 administration fee.. After the closing date no refunds will be given. However, a partial refund will be given depending on the amount of notice given and whether the helper duty is completed.
The organiser reserves the right:
- To cancel any class or event
- To divide or combine any class
- To transfer competitors between sections of a class
- To alter the advertised times
- To refuse any entry, with or without stating the reason
No Dogs are allowed on the Parkerville Equestrian Centre grounds
There are limited yards available on a first in basis. These will need to be left clean of manure and hay on departure. Manure and hay can no longer be disposed at PEC and must be taken with you. No manure or hay to be put around trees on in the bushland.
There will be no veterinary or farrier service available at this event.
