Neither the organising committee of this event nor ANWE accepts any liability for the damage, accident, injury or illness to horse, riders, spectators, or any other persons or property whatsoever.

The organising committee reserves the right to combine or split classes accordingly to the numbers nominated.

All riders must wear an approved & EA tagged helmet and riding boots. 

NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS

Cancellations:

In the event of cancellation and no new date being set we will refund all riders. An Admin fee of 10% per rider will be deducted from each nomination.

Refunds: All refunds are minus an administration fee

• Refunds prior to close of entries will attract a 10% administration fee

• No Refunds after original close of entries - 11/05/26 unless accompanied with a Dr/Vet certificate within 2 days of scracthing. A 20% admin fee will apply.
