Hello Competitors!

We are very excited to have you join us in the beautiful South Burnett for our 4 Phase Horse of the Year Competition this year.

Camping:    The showgrounds are well set up with plenty of powered and unpowered camping sites available.   Toilets and Showers are plentiful and well appointed.  We will endeavour to have areas marked out for each club to camp together.  

Horse Yards:     The showgrounds have sizeable, safe, permanent yards.  Unfortunately, there are no undercover yards available.  You are, however, welcome to set up your own yard in areas of the showgrounds that will be highlighted in a map sent out closer to the date.  

Catering:     We are very lucky to have The Coffee Road joining us again this year.  Neicy and Graham offer delicious, homecooked meals, snacks, coffee and drinks available, all at a reasonable price.  Eftpos will be available.  The evening dinner on Saturday night will require you to place a phone order by text (menu info to follow).  Other toasties, snacks etc, and can be purchased without ordering throughout the weekend.  

Cattle Phase:    We are excited to be offering the Cattle Phase this year.  Please be aware that the Cattle Phase is for Level 2 and up, and you must have had experience/done training in cattle prior to the competition.  If you can't field a full team, don't worry!  We will make up teams on the day if necessary.  We just want people to have the opportunity and experience of this exciting phase of our sport - great to participate in, but also great to watch!  Any questions, call Jo Campbell on 0418 248 172.

Trace Digital:  Will be present to capture some of your best moments over the weekend!  If you've had Trace's photos before, you will know she is magic! Please support those that support us!

Monster Raffle Tickets:  You can purchase here as you nominate, but more can be purchased on the weekend.  We are so excited for the wonderful prizes we have sourced for you this year!

It's a Hoedown Showdown Saturday Night:  Bring your best dancing boots, for some boot skootin',  rootin', tootin' boogie fun times to kick up your heels! Two left feet?? Don't Worry, we have an expert Line Dance caller to teach you the moves.  Best Cowgirl/boy Dancer & Get Up awards - yeehaaahhhh!!
