RESERVE LIST

We will be holding a reserve list if spots are full. Please email [email protected] to be placed as a reserve.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellation and no new date being set we will refund riders. An Admin Fee of 10% per rider will be deducted from the nomination.

SCRATCHINGS - All refunds will incur a 10% Admin Fee

- In the event of a rider scratching after the close of entries, a DR or VET certificate must be provided to be eligible for a refund. This must be provided within three days from the date of the event.

- In the event of a rider scratching after the close of entries with no DR or VET certificate, a refund will only be given if their spot can be filled. If there is no reserve list, it is the riders responsibility to fill their spot.

- There will be no refunds for riders that scratch after 5pm the night before and on the day of the event.
