- Refunds may be considered after the closing date, only on presentation of medical and/or veterinary certificate. The administration fee of $50 to be retained by Organising Committee.
- Late fee of $60 for entries after midnight 15 June 2025. No entries accepted after 5pm 20 June 2025
- A $50 Administration fee will be charged for ALL vaulters

Conditions for Classes:
- Horses must be EA registered for all Competitive Classes.
- Horse Registration Papers and completed Bio-security horse health declaration forms to be handed in at the Chef’s meeting.

Class Notes:
Open Individual class: include all 3 Open Tests which are averaged for the final score.
Advanced Individual class: will be run over ONE round for this event. The Compulsories & Freestyle may be run as a split round.
Intermediate Individual class: may be run as a split round for this event.
Open, Advanced, Intermediate classes: Vaulters competing in Open, Advanced or Intermediate may enter twice on two different horses as per Australian Rules 1.6.1
Classes 14, 15 and 16
A vaulter can enter either class 14 or 15 (Compulsories) and 16 (Freestyle). If a vaulter enter any of these classes, they cannot also enter any of classes 1, 2, 3,4, 5 or 6
Any class may be split at Committee discretion.
Class 50
A vaulter cannot enter any other individual horse classes if entering this class, max time of 2min
Class 51
A vaulter cannot enter any other individual barrel classes if entering this class, max time of 1min
Vaulter with a Disability
Notation of vaulter with a disability to be made on the appropriate class on entries, All vaulters with disability are encouraged to compete in the class they feel most comfortable.
Class 13a Development Class Horse:
A maximum of 3 minutes is allocated to each horse.
A minimum of 2 gaits is shown with or without a vaulter.
Lunger must enter, salute, put horse on circle, trot a circle then walk or canter.
Halt, salute and exit. Lunger may have a person run in to assist with whip.
1 horse point allocated.
Judge with scores and comments but no places are awarded.
Class 13b Lunger Class Walk/Canter
Lunger must enter, salute, put horse on circle, trot a circle then walk or canter for 1 minute. Then halt, salute and exit. Lunger may have a person run in to assist with whip.
1 horse point allocated.
Judging will be based on horse score component of FEI/AVR rules.
No places are awarded

Trophy 1st Place for Horse Classes
Medallions 2nd to 3rd Place for Horse Classes
Ribbons 1st to 6th in all classes
Ribbons only for Barrel classes
Participation award to all competitors
Awards outside the above are at the discretion of the Committee
Presentation:
Presentations to be held at conclusion of Sunday’s program.
Championship Awards will be presented at the conclusion of Sunday’s program.
Championship Awards:
Must be a member of Equestrian QLD or vaulters living within 100km of the QLD-NSW border.
Qld Individual Champion Vaulter, Horse & Lunger
Awarded to highest scoring Qld Vaulter/Horse combination in the highest Individual Class

Qld Champion Athlete with Disability, Horse & Lunger
Awarded to highest scoring Qld Vaulter/Horse combination nominated as Athlete with Disability in the highest Individual Class

Swabbing/Security:
Refer to EA Medication Control Policy. To be conducted under the direction of the Ground Jury.
First Aid:
First Aid officer will be in attendance.
Arm Numbers:
Clubs to supply their own numbers for squads. Numbers for Individuals will be available for collection at Chef’s meeting.
Arena Familiarisation Time:
5 minutes allocated per horse with or without vaulters before start of competition.
Canteen: A canteen will be available, details to come.
Assistance required from clubs:
Each vaulter will be required to list a helper for the event when nominating; one helper per vaulter including contact number. A helpers’ roster will be published in the week prior to the event. The final roster will be posted on the morning of each competition day. It is the responsibility of each vaulter and their helper to ensure that they check this roster and complete their nominated tasks or find an appropriate substitute person to do so.

Naming of music file to follow convention:
Individual Classes: Class Number, Class Type (Compulsories/Freestyle), First name, Surname.
eg. 10, Freestyle, John Smith or eg. 10 Compulsories, John Smith
Pas de deux classes: Class Number, Class Type both first and surnames. eg. 11, Preliminary pas de deux, John Smith and Amy Brown.
Squad Classes: Class Number, Class Type, Club. eg. 12. Preliminary Squad, Vaulting Star Club.
