West Plantgaenet pony club welcomes everyone to there 3 day camp, this event will be ran over 3 days. 

We have 3 amazing coaches coming, 2 we have being lucky enough to get from perth. There is an information sheet attached that tells you how amazing they all are. You will have the choice of choosing which coach you would like a lesson with. 

Lessons times - Lessons will be approximately 1hour long, if you are doing x2 lessons a day, you will have a morning and afternoon lesson. Those choosing to only do 1 lesson a day your time will depend on what time those classes run. 

A email will be sent out prior to the 3 days with your times on it. 

Camping - everyone is welcome to camp, we have toliets and hot showers available, camper trailers and caravans to be out in the front paddock NOT in horse area, you will be asked to move if you are in the wrong spot. 

Yards - if you require a yard please select it on your entry, Yard Plan will be made for the weekend, please leave them clean and tidy with the chains done up when you leave. there may be an option for portable yards but this would be out in the front paddock not in the parking where yards are. 

Manure - Please spread the maunure around or create a pile that we can then spread out once the weekend has finished, DO NOT PUT UNDER TREES.... 

Canteen - We will have a canteen running all weekend please make sure you get your orders in as this helps with catering, if you have other family members attending please add them to your entry. 

Saturday Night - We will have dinner available, please order via nominate for all your family members. We will also be having a pink disco theme for the kids everyone is welcome to attend. 

Membership - Must be a member of PC or Open PC to attend, EA membership is not vaild, one event membership can be done through just go. 

There is to be no riding outside your lesson times.

Riders may only ride a maximum of 2 horses
